📝 Introduction

Creamy Paneer with Crunchy Sprouts is a delicious and healthy dish packed with protein. The softness of paneer combined with the crunchiness of sprouts makes it perfect for a balanced meal.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 grams paneer (cubed)
  • 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chana)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (pureed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves

👩‍🍳 How to Make

 
Step 1: Prepare Sprouts

Boil or steam sprouts lightly so they remain crunchy.

Step 2: Cook Base

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Step 3: Add Tomato

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Step 4: Add Spices

Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Step 5: Add Paneer & Sprouts

Add paneer cubes and sprouts. Mix gently.

Step 6: Make it Creamy

Add fresh cream and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Step 7: Garnish

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
